Sweet-spot year: 2025 — identical truck to the 2024, first-year dealer markups gone, and the bulk of early software recalls already performed on used examples. Years to skip: 2024 — launch-year premiums, first-year teething (brake squeal, software recalls), and it's the model year most flipper trucks come from.
